2026: Local Cultural Preservation & Immersive Exploration — "Rewriting Hualien · Regeneration" Soundscape Creation & Cultural Trails
 

Azure Hotel is deeply committed to preserving and innovating Hualien's local culture. We are honored to participate in the "Rewriting Hualien · Regeneration — Soundscape Creation & Cultural Trails" project, initiated by the Department of Arts and Creative Industries at National Dong Hwa University, actively supporting local artistic development and sustainable tourism through practical action.

As part of this initiative, the hotel developed a "City Walk" route centered around our surrounding neighborhood and community. Under the guidance of soundscape educator Fan Chin-hui and Professor Chen Yi-fang, we invite travelers and the public to go beyond conventional sightseeing and immerse themselves in the alleys through sound, experiencing the everyday rhythm, human stories, and unique acoustic landscape of Hualien.

We believe that culture is the foundation of local revitalization and sustainable development. Azure Hotel will continue to collaborate with academic partners and local artists to connect neighborhood stories with creative energy—offering visitors a deeper, warmer cultural experience while fulfilling our long-term commitment to this land.
