2026: Nurturing Local Talent & Industry-Academia Collaboration — Vocational Visit with Hualien Commercial High School

Azure Hotel is committed to local talent development. In partnership with the Department of Information Management at National Hualien Commercial High School, we co-organized a vocational site visit and training program to help young learners bridge classroom knowledge with real-world industry practices.

During the visit, our team introduced students to hotel reservation systems and digital workflows, followed by a hands-on "Simulated Scenario Challenge." This interactive session allowed students to practice customer communication and problem-solving skills in real time, gaining insight into both information processing and the high emotional intelligence required for frontline hospitality.
