Please reserve pet’s hotel when you make hotel room reservation. A deposit of 50% of total room charge is required in advance.

Open time:

Same time as guest chick in to the Azure, our guest needs to use the room card get in and out to see the pet. Children under ages 12 need to with parents, if not, the access will be forbidden. Nighttime visit need to contact to our hotel front-desk staff to get permission (21:00 pm to next day 9:00 am).

Charging payment:.

Overnight clean fee charge each pet is three hundreds NT dollars. If guest required extending the time period is calculated the number of days that same days you live in Azure. We not accept the reptile and fierce pet. Required advance appointment to stay the pets hotel.

Deep and shallow feeding bowl, water bottle, please bring your own personal pet foods, pleases contact our services counter if you need to purchase the display product.

Other notice:.

No matter the sizes of pet, must don’t have any attack record.
Pleases bring your own pets usual play items such as toy or sleep bed and pet food.
During the living period, guest can watch your own pet via hotel TV set channel.
If your pet accidently lose or negligence is resulting the death, the maximum compensation is five thousands NT dollars.
Our pet room number is limited, pleases give us notice if scheduled pet room and we will charged 50% deposited in advance before you booking the room. If you need to continue to stay with Azure, you have to give the front-desk notice before 9AM in the morning.
If guest exceed the check out time did not come to pick up your pet up, contact also fail to reach by phone. Hotel will following the abandonment rule direct send pet to the animal shelter.
Pet come to stay in the hotel, pleases leaved the owner contact information and other emergence contact information.
To maintain other pet’s health, if your pets have skin dermatology issue and infection disease it will not be accepted in our pet hotel. Pet needs to have vaccination, if pet didn’t vaccination or poor body condition; we are strongly recommended not let pet overnight accommodation.
If pet have any physical discomfort required to hospitalize, we will contact animal hotels links to in our contract list.
